Erik C. Swallow

Erik C. Swallow began his legal career as a contract attorney and a judicial clerk in Multnomah County prior to establishing his own law practice in Eugene. He joined the Arneson Group in January, 2006. He is a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association as well as the Criminal Law and Juvenile Law sections of the Oregon State Bar. He graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School, where he was the Ninth Circuit Review editor for Environmental Law and won a Pro Bono award for his public service work.
